Simple Black Bean Brownie 黒豆のブラウニー

An incredibly simple recipe that anyone can master, provided they have a blender. Packed full of protein and delicious.

ブラックビーン缶 / canned black beans1 缶(水分切ります) / 1 can, well drained
ココアパウダー / cocoa powder大さじ2 / 2Tbsp
クイックオーツ / quick oats50g
塩 / saltひとつまみ / a pinch
メープルシロップ / maple syrup100g
ココナッツオイル / coconut oil1/4カップ / 1/4 cup
バニラエッセンス / vanilla essence小さじ2 / 2 tsp
ベーキングパウダー / baking powder小さじ1 / 1 tsp
チョコレートチップ / chocolate chips (for decoration)おこのみで / as many or as few as you like

作り方

Recipe

1. Collect all your ingredients and add everything, other than the chocolate chips, to your mixer.

2. Blend until smooth

3. Pour into a baking tray and top with chocolate chips. Bake at 180℃ for 18 – 20 minutes. The brownies are very soft when they first come out of the oven so don’t be tempted to remove from the tin too quickly. The brownies will firm as they cool.
