Simple Black Bean Brownie 黒豆のブラウニー

An incredibly simple recipe that anyone can master, provided they have a blender. Packed full of protein and delicious.

ブラックビーン缶 / canned black beans | 1 缶(水分切ります) / 1 can, well drained |
ココアパウダー / cocoa powder | 大さじ2 / 2Tbsp |
クイックオーツ / quick oats | 50g |
塩 / salt | ひとつまみ / a pinch |
メープルシロップ / maple syrup | 100g |
ココナッツオイル / coconut oil | 1/4カップ / 1/4 cup |
バニラエッセンス / vanilla essence | 小さじ2 / 2 tsp |
ベーキングパウダー / baking powder | 小さじ1 / 1 tsp |
チョコレートチップ / chocolate chips (for decoration) | おこのみで / as many or as few as you like |
作り方
Recipe
1. Collect all your ingredients and add everything, other than the chocolate chips, to your mixer.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into a baking tray and top with chocolate chips. Bake at 180℃ for 18 – 20 minutes. The brownies are very soft when they first come out of the oven so don’t be tempted to remove from the tin too quickly. The brownies will firm as they cool.
